With Zapier integration, you can easily create automatic processes for other services triggered by MiiTel's actions.
Permissions or subscriptions required
- Your account must have MiiTel's administration privileges.
- You would need a Zapier account.
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
- Click Open MiiTel Admin on the top right of the page.
- Click Third Party Integration > Zapier.
- In with this one!, select the app you would like to integrate with.

- Google Docs
- Google Drive
- Gmail
- Slack
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft Outlook
- Salesforce
- Box
- From the templates displayed in Popular with MiiTel users, click Use this Zap for the template you would like to use.
- If Zapier's login screen is displayed, click Log in and log in to Zapier. (If you do not have a Zapier account, please create one.)
- Click Sign in.
- Enter the following.
- Company ID: Enter the Company ID. (For details on how to check your Company ID, see How to check the Company ID.)
- Login ID: Enter your MiiTel account's login ID.
- Password: Enter your MiiTel account's password.
- Click Yes, Continue to MiiTel.
- Click Continue.
- Leave the Trigger field blank. Click Continue.
- Click Test trigger.
- Click Continue with selected record. (If you see an error, you can proceed to the next step after you fix the error.)
