Anda akan menetapkan rule untuk mengirimkan notifikasi ke channel Slack yang terintegrasi dengan MiiTel.

Buat dan atur Slack notification rule

1. Log in ke MiiTel Admin.
2. Klik Third Party Integration > Slack.
3. Klik tab Notification rules > Add new notification rule.
4. Setelah Anda mengatur semua bidang berikut, klik Save.

1Name: Masukkan nama dari notification rule

2Channel name: Atur channel Slack yang ingin Anda terima notifikasinya. (Channel Slack ini harus terintegrasi dengan MiiTel. Anda juga tidak dapat mengatur channel yang sudah diterapkan ke notification rule lain.)

3Circuit name: Jika Anda ingin menerima pemberitahuan saat Anda melakukan panggilan dengan sirkuit yang ditentukan atau saat Anda mengatur sirkuit, harap tetapkan circuit name. (Jika Anda tidak mengaturnya, semua sirkuit MiiTel akan diterapkan pada rule ini.)

4Notification trigger: Mengatur kondisi penerimaan notifikasi Slack dan detail apa yang ingin Anda sertakan dalam notifikasi. (Anda dapat memilih beberapa kondisi/opsi).

• When the speech recognition is completed

• When an incoming call was no answer
• When a new voicemail is being recorded
• When a new comment is registered

• When the selected call memo is registered (You can set multiple call memos. You'll need to first create a call memo.)
• When the selected call memo is registered (meeting) (You can set multiple memos. You'll need to first create a call memo.)
• When the selected keyword is registered (You can set multiple options. You'll need to first create a keyword.)
• When the selected keyword is registered (meeting) (You can set multiple options. You'll need to first create a keyword.)
• Include the speech recognition results (summary) (You would need to check When the speech recognition is completed or When the speech recognition is completed (meeting).)
• Include the speech summarization (You would need to check When the speech recognition is completed or When the speech recognition is completed (meeting).)
• Include the speech summarization 
• Include the account name
• Include the contact person name
• Include the customer's phone number
• Include the user's mention

Setelah Anda selesai mengatur Slack notification rule, Anda akan menerima notifikasi di Slack yang mencakup detail pengaturan. (Silakan lihat contoh gambar di bawah ini.)

Hapus Slack notification rule

1. Log in ke MiiTel Admin.
2. Klik Third Party Integration > Slack.
3. Klik Notification rules tab.
4. Klik [ ] pada notification rule yang ingin Anda hapus > klik Delete.

1. Pada layar konfirmasi, klik Delete.

Setelah Anda menghapus aturan konfirmasi, Anda akan menerima notifikasi berikut di Slack.
