From March 14, 2024, if a call was missed for the predictive dialer, the status will be displayed as No answer or Disconnected. With this update, you can find out why the call was missed.

Details
If a call was missed for the predictive dialer, the details of the predictive dialer and the call status displayed in CSV will be displayed as follows.
Before: absence
After: One of the following statuses will be displayed.
- No answer: If the call was not answered within the dial time*1 or the call was rejected.
- Disconnected: If the person in the queue ended the phone call or the operator could not answer the call within the wait time*2.
*1 The number of seconds set in Dial timeout (sec) for the predictive dialer.
*2 The number of seconds set in Maximum wait time for queue settings.
