You can deactivate users who are temporarily away from phone call activities due to organizational changes or other reasons. Deactivated users will not have access to all MiiTel services and will not be included in the list of available users.
Permissions or subscriptions required
- The user must have administrative privileges to activate or deactivate users.

Deactivate the user
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
- Click Open MiiTel Admin on the top right of the page.
- Click User > User List.
- Click on the user you want to deactivate > Deactivate.
- Click Save.
NOTE
- You can also uncheck Activate user to deactivate the user. (Click on the user you want to deactivate > Edit)
Activate the user
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.

- Click on the user you want to activate > Activate.

IMPORTANT
- If you have an incoming call rule with the Call specific user action, check if the deactivated user is not set as the specific user. If a deactivated user is set for this rule, you will not be able to receive phone calls.
