• Outgoing calls only: Total time of the Outgoing calls only status set by the user.
• ASA: Average time to answer an incoming call after the phone rings.

The following items will be added to the report in MiiTel Call Center.

• Outgoing calls only: Total time of the Outgoing calls only status set by the user.
• ASA: Average time to answer an incoming call after the phone rings.
  • ASA = (Call start time - Ring start time) / Number of answered calls*
    *The following calls will not be included.
    ・Internal calls
    ・Group calls
    ・Whispering
    ・Internal transfer
