All customers using the MiiTel services.

Expected behavior

  • Users will not be able to log in to all MiiTel services.

  • Users will not be able to use all MiiTel services.

  • Users will be automatically logged out of MiiTel services even during a phone call from MiiTel Phone and MiiTel Phone Mobile, and the call itself may end automatically. If the phone call does end automatically during the maintenance, MiiTel won't create the call history for this call on MiiTel Analytics.

  • During the maintenance, MiiTel won't create MiiTel for Zoom's history on Video Analytics.
