How this update will affect our services
1. You will be logged out of MiiTel services after this update
After the internal authentication infrastructure is changed, all users will be logged out of MiiTel services. The next time you use MiiTel Phone, the login screen will appear, so please login again to start using MiiTel services.
Please note that your phone call will not be disconnected during this update.
- You will be logged out of all MiiTel services, which you are currently logged in to.
- You will not be logged out during the call on MiiTel Phone.
You will automatically be logged out after you finish the call.
2. The password for the same login ID will be merged into one password
If you are using the same login ID for multiple company IDs, the password will be merged into one password.

3. The service for some versions of MiiTel Phone Mobile will end
The service will end for the MiiTel Phone Mobile versions that do not support this update.
