Announcement: To customers who have the same login ID for multiple company IDs

Due to the internal authentication infrastructure changes, we will be changing the specification of our service as users will not be able to set different passwords for the same login ID. This new specification will start taking effect after 11:00 pm (JST) on August 7th, 2022 (Sun). When you log in to MiiTel after this update, you will see a message that requests you to merge all passwords for the same login ID (see the image below). When you see this message, click OK to merge the passwords.

All passwords will be merged to the password of the login ID you have used to do this merge.
