Release announcement: MiiTel for Salesforce ver 1.2.0

MiiTel for Salesforce ver 1.2.0 is now available.

To customers who are using the old version of MiiTel for Salesforce, please check How to upgrade to this version and upgrade this service to the new version.

New features from this version

Playback speed adjustment

You can now change the playback speed of your recordings on Salesforce. This will allow you to review your phone conversations more quickly as you do not have to go back to MiiTel Analytics to adjust the playback speed. We hope this new feature can improve your work efficiency for your daily phone conversations.


How to upgrade to this version

  1. Go to the following page.
  2. Click Get It Now.
  3. If you are not logged in to, click Log in. Follow the instructions on the screen and log in to Salesforce.
  4. Click Install in Production.
  5. After you've confirmed the installation details, check I have read and agree to the terms and conditions, then click Confirm and Install.
  6. If the login screen is displayed, please log in to Salesforce.
  7. Select Install for Specific Profiles...
  8. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and set the profile (of the MiiTel for Salesforce user) to Full access
  9. Click Upgrade.
MiiTel for Salesforce users will need to log in again to MiiTel for Salesforce after installing this new version.
