"Authenticate with ID and password" for Salesforce Integration will no longer be available

"Authenticate with ID and password" for the authentication method of Salesforce integration will no longer be available from August 4th, 2022. To customers who are using "Authenticate with ID and password", please change the authentication method. If you do not change the setting by the scheduled date, Salesforce integration will automatically be disabled.

By using "Authenticate with Salesforce ID", Salesforce users can integrate to MiiTel while maintaining the SSO and MFA settings. If you want to use new features of Salesforce integration in the future, setting the authentication method to "Authenticate with Salesforce ID" is required. Please take this opportunity and change the settings so you can use MiiTel for Salesforce more effectively!

Customers who are using "Authenticate with ID and password" for Salesforce integration

If you do not change the authentication method

Salesforce integration will automatically be disabled. Also, you will not be able to use MiiTel for Salesforce.
Therefore, please change the settings to "Authenticate with Salesforce ID" by August 4th, 2022.
