Dashboard - Comparison

In the Comparison of the Dashboard, you can set the period, users, call types, etc., in the filtering conditions to compare the call duration and other scores.



  •   The radar chart for the speaking trends is displayed with the highest score of 100%. 100% will be the starting point for the comparison of each score in this chart.



  •   The following call histories will not be included in the Comparison of the Dashboard.

・ Call histories that were deleted from the call history or the call history list

・ Call histories that are set to be excluded from aggregation
