Emotion recognition is a feature which you could check the level of emotion by color from the conversations made through phone calls and online meetings. With the combination of checking the emotion recognition and the recording, you can check if users responded well when they received customer complaints or know what kind of conversations or tone of voice would make the customer react positively or negatively.
How to check the level of emotion by color
You can check the level of emotion with the following colors.
Green: The darker the color, the higher possibility that the level of emotion (happy) is positive.
Orange: The darker the color, the higher possibility that the level of emotion (anger) is negative.
Gray: The level of emotion is neutral.
White: No conversations.
- Areas with a dark color do not mean the level of emotion is high. The dark color shows the possibility that the level of emotion is positive or negative.
