If the audio file you've uploaded on MiiTel Analytics (like for answering machine announcements in the incoming call rule) is not playing properly (ex: can hear white noises, can't hear anything, etc.), the following may be the cause of the problem. Please read the details below.
The audio files are not in a proper format
On the sound settings in MiiTel Analytics, you can only upload audio files in the following formats.
- Wave (.wav)
- Sampling frequency: 8 kHz (8000 Hz)
- Bit depth: 16 bit
- Channel: mono
- MP3 (.mp3)
Change the format or make a new audio file with one of the formats above.
- Check the file format, not the file extension.
- Create audio files with the proper format or change the format by using a conversion tool, not by changing the file extension itself.
