6Specify the date of creation: Set the time to create the CSV file.

7Data collection period: Set the period of the call histories you wish to include in the CSV file.

  IMPORTANT

  •   One organization (company ID) can create up to 10 schedules.
  •   You cannot make the schedule with the same settings (besides the name) as a different schedule.
  •   You cannot use the same name as a different schedule.
  •   You can create up to 50 CSV files per day.

  NOTE

  •   Depending on the specified period, it may take some time to create the CSV file. For this case, we recommend you set the email notification so that you can receive a notification email when the CSV file is ready.
  •   If you want to delete or stop the schedule from creating the CSV file, please delete the corresponding schedule.
  •   Even if you delete the user who made the schedule or remove the permissions to download the call history as CSV from the user who made the schedule, the schedule itself will not be deleted.
