How to set up Zapier Integration

With Zapier integration, you can easily create automatic processes for other services triggered by MiiTel's actions. 

  Permissions or subscriptions required

  1. Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
  2. Click cog-solid Open MiiTel Admin on the top right of the page.
  3. Click Third Party Integration > Zapier.
  4. In with this one!, select the app you would like to integrate with.

  NOTE

  •   Currently, the following templates for integrating MiiTel with other apps are available.
    • ChatWork
    • Google Sheet
    • Google Docs
    • Google Drive
    • Gmail
    • Slack
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Microsoft Outlook
    • Salesforce
    • Box
  1. From the templates displayed in Popular with MiiTel users, click Use this Zap for the template you would like to use.

  1. If Zapier's login screen is displayed, click Log in and log in to Zapier. (If you do not have a Zapier account, please create one.)
  2. Click Sign in.

  1. Enter the following.
  • Company ID: Enter the Company ID. (For details on how to check your Company ID, see How to check the Company ID.)
  • Login ID: Enter your MiiTel account's login ID.
  • Password: Enter your MiiTel account's password.
  1. Click Yes, Continue to MiiTel.
  2. Click Continue.
  3. Leave the Trigger field blank. Click Continue.
  4. Click Test trigger.
  5. Click Continue with selected record. (If you see an error, you can proceed to the next step after you fix the error.)
