How to click to call from Excel

If you are using MiiTel Phone Desktop, you can use Excel functions to set up one-click calls.

In this page, we will show you how to make a call to the phone number listed in column A by clicking Call in column B, as shown in the figure below.

  1. Open Excel.
  2. In A1, enter the phone number you want to call.
  3. In B1, enter the following hyperlink function to call the phone number entered in A1.
=HYPERLINK("miitel://"&A1, "Call")
  1. Start MiiTel Phone Desktop, then log in.
  2. Open Excel.
  3. Click Call where the hyperlink is set.
  4. Click Yes on the displayed message.
  5. MiiTel Phone Desktop will display in the front of your screen and the call will begin.
