Set or check the status on your MiiTel Phone

You can set the status on your MiiTel Phone and share the current status with other users. You can also check the status of other users.

You can also set the status to not accept incoming calls.

For statuses indicating that the user is away from their phone, you can create your own statuses, change the display order, and set the phone to show or hide the statuses from the list. For more details, check Customize your away status.

  IMPORTANT

  •   The status feature is not available for the deskphone. Therefore, the status for desk phone users is shown as Offline.

*1 If you are using multiple MiiTel Phones and one of the MiiTel Phones is not quitted, the status of the unclosed MiiTel Phone will be displayed in the real-time monitor, seat map, and in the Menu > Users on other users' MiiTel Phone.

*2 If you are using multiple MiiTel Phones and one of the MiiTel Phones is not logged out, the status set on the unlogged MiiTel Phone will be displayed in the real-time monitor, seat map, and in the Menu > Users on other users' MiiTel Phones.

*3 You cannot log out of MiiTel Phone when the status is set as On call or On Hold.

*4 Offline status is automatically set when you are not logged into MiiTel or when there is no network connection.

  IMPORTANT

  •   If the status is set other than Available, you cannot receive or transfer internal calls. However, if you set the incoming call settings to receive internal calls, you can receive or transfer the internal calls.
