You can check the devices that are used to log in to MiiTel Phone Mobile. If the device is still logged in to this service even after the user changes their device, delete the device information by following the instructions in this page.
IMPORTANT
- Only users with administrative privileges can check the devices.
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.

Click Open MiiTel Admin on the top right of the page.
- Click User > User List.
- Click the user's > Mobile Devices.
- The devices that are logging in to MiiTel Phone Mobile will be displayed. If you click Delete, the device information will be deleted.
NOTE
- After a user changes their device, the old device may still be logged in to MiiTel Phone Mobile, and that device information may still be saved in MiiTel Admin. If this is the case, the user may not receive incoming call notifications from MiiTel Phone Mobile. Therefore, please delete the device information for the devices not being used.
