If you set the automatic call memo, AI will automatically determine the call details, and MiiTel will register the corresponding call memo after the end of the call.
How to set the automatic call memo
There are two types of automatic call memos. Please set the call memo that will meet your purpose.
Voicemail: MiiTel will automatically register the call memo if AI determines the call was connected to the voicemail.
Negative low/high: MiiTel will automatically register the call memo if AI determines there were negative emotions during the phone call. (Emotion recognition will decide if the level of emotion is negative.)
