If you set the automatic call memo, AI will automatically determine the call details, and MiiTel will add the corresponding call memo after the end of the call.
How to set the automatic call memo
There are two types of automatic call memos. Please set the call memo that will meet your purpose.
Voicemail: MiiTel will automatically add the call memo if AI determines the call was connected to the voicemail.
Negative low/high: MiiTel will automatically add the call memo if AI determines there were negative emotions during the phone call. (Emotion recognition will decide if the level of emotion is negative.)
Click Open MiiTel Admin on the top right of the page.
Click Call Memo > Call memo setting (call).
On Voicemail, check Enable.
The default automatic call memo name is displayed in Call memo name. If necessary, please change the name.
Click Save.
For call histories in which the AI determines the call was connected to a voicemail, MiiTel will add the call memo with the icon, as shown below.
IMPORTANT
MiiTel will only add the automatic call memo for call histories that were created after the settings above were made.
Phone calls that last longer than two minutes are not subject to the automatic call memo.
MiiTel might not add the correct automatic call memo for the following situations.
The voicemail language is not Japanese.
Other kinds of announcements were played (e.g., IVR).
Silence or noise at the beginning of the call
If you manually add the automatic call memo from the call history screen, the call memo will have the icon. (This is to clarify whether the call memo was added automatically or manually.)
Click Open MiiTel Admin on the top right of the page.
Click Call Memo > Call memo setting (call).
Check Negative (high), Negative (low), or both. (Currently, you can't change the call memo name for these features.)
Click Save.
For call histories with a negative level of emotion, MiiTel will add the call memo with Negative weak (Auto call memo) or Negative strong (Auto call memo).

MiiTel will only add the automatic call memo for call histories that were created after the settings above were made.
