If your MiiTel Phone screen looks like the one below, the following are possible causes.
Other users using the account simultaneously.
A single MiiTel account can be used to login and activate multiple MiiTel Phones. In that case, when you initiate a call or make a call on one MiiTel Phone, the remaining MiiTel Phones will display "Call being answered" as shown above. When you end the outgoing call or call, it will return to the normal standby screen.
Other MiiTel Phones
My other MiiTel Phone is still in the answer memo screen.
Auto ACD feature is turned on, the phone will be considered to be in use even when the caller is on the memo screen. If you are logged in to multiple MiiTel Phones with the same account, you will see the "Calling" screen shown above if one of the MiiTel Phones is displaying the answer memo screen.
You can use the MiiTel Phone by registering a memo and setting it to the "Waiting" screen.
