Set permissions to use MiiTel Call Center

Only users who have permission can access MiiTel Call Center (Real-time monitor, Seat map). Also, only users with administrative privileges for MiiTel Call Center can change the settings for this feature.

  Permissions or subscriptions required

  • To use this feature, you would need to subscribe to a separate contract. For more details, please contact your sales representative or customer success.

Set permissions to use MiiTel Call Center

  1. Visit and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
  2. Click cog-solid Open MiiTel Admin on the top right of the page.
  3. Click User > User List.
  4. Click ellipsis-v-light__1_.svg for the user you will allow using MiiTel Call Center > Edit.
  5. On MiiTel Call Center, check the required permissions. (To the administrators for MiiTel Call Center, check both the Enable and CC Administrative privileges.)


  1. Click Save.
