Only users who have permission can access MiiTel Call Center (Real-time monitor, Seat map). Also, only users with administrative privileges for MiiTel Call Center can change the settings for this feature.
Permissions or subscriptions required
- To use this feature, you would need to subscribe to a separate contract. For more details, please contact your sales representative or customer success.
Set permissions to use MiiTel Call Center
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
- Click Open MiiTel Admin on the top right of the page.
- Click User > User List.
- Click for the user you will allow using MiiTel Call Center > Edit.
- On MiiTel Call Center, check the required permissions. (To the administrators for MiiTel Call Center, check both the Enable and CC Administrative privileges.)
- Click Save.
