To each user, you can set permissions to the services on MiiTel Phone and MiiTel Analytics. This page provides details about the permissions you can set in MiiTel services.

How to change the settings
- Log in to MiiTel Admin with administrator privileges.
- Click User > User List.
- Click [
] on the specified user, then click Edit.
- Names of the services and features available under the current contract will be displayed in Available services. Please refer to Services you can set permissions and proceed with the settings.
Services you can set the permissions
Administrative privileges
Users who have administrative privileges can access MiiTel Admin and set roles and permissions for other users, and will also be eligible to manage other settings. For more details, please see Administrative privileges.
Monitoring privileges
Users who have monitoring privileges can use Monitoring, Whispering, and Group call. If you enable this setting, you also need to allow the user to use MiiTel Phone.
MiiTel Analytics
You can set the permissions for the following features in MiiTel Analytics.
MiiTel Phone
You can set the permissions for MiiTel Phone.
- Enable: Allows the users to use MiiTel Phone.
Users who are allowed to use MiiTel Phone will have the phone icon displayed in blue color (users who do not have permission will be displayed in gray color).
NOTE
- You can change this setting for MiiTel Phone accounts and the number of users described in your contract.
- Users who do not have permission to use MiiTel Phone can activate the app but will not be able to log in.
- Monitoring, Whispering, and Group Calls are only available to users with this setting enabled.
MiiTel Phone Mobile
You can set the permissions for MiiTel Phone Mobile.
- Enable:
Users who are allowed to use MiiTel Mobile Phone will have the phone icon displayed in blue color (users who do not have permission will be displayed in gray color).
NOTE
- To set permissions for this feature, you must be subscribed to a separate contract for MiiTel Phone Mobile. Please contact your sales representative or MiiTel Support.
- Also, you will have to enable the permissions for MiiTel Phone to change this setting.
MiiTel Call Center
You can set the permissions for some features in MiiTel Call Center.
- Use dashboard: Allows the users to display Real-time monitor, and monitor.
Users who are allowed to use MiiTel Callcenter will have the mobile phone icon displayed in blue color (users who do not have permission will be displayed in gray color).
- Edit predictive dialer settings: Allow users to set, edit, delete, and do predictive calls.
NOTE
- To set permissions for this feature, you must be subscribed to a separate contract for MiiTel Callcenter. Please contact your sales representative or MiiTel Support.
MiiTel Meetings
You can set permissions for MiiTel Meetings (Zoom integration etc.).
- Enable: Allows the user to use MiiTel Meetings.
Users who are allowed to use MiiTel Meetings will have the video icon displayed in blue color (users who do not have permission will be displayed in gray color).
