If you integrate Zoom with MiiTel, you can play the recording of the Zoom meeting in Video Analytics. Also, the audio transcript will be available from the recording, allowing you to evaluate the user's conversation skills.
Permissions or subscriptions required
- In order to use Zoom integration, you would need to subscribe to MiiTel Meetings. For more details, please contact your sales representative or customer success.
- Zoom's licensed user with cloud recording permissions is required.
- Basic users can also use Zoom integration. However, for recordings made by the basic user, the user would need to upload the recording to Video Analytics by themselves.
- You cannot use Zoom users that are already integrated with another MiiTel user.
- Users who will use this feature will need permission to use MiiTel Meetings.
How to integrate Zoom with MiiTel
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
- Click the user name located at the top right.
- Click Personal Settings.
- Click Integrate Zoom and MiiTel.
- Sign in to Zoom.
IMPORTANT
- If you see the message "You cannot authorize MiiTel for Zoom", please check If you can't integrate MiiTel and Zoom ("You cannot authorize MiiTel for Zoom" is displayed) to solve the problem.
- Check Allow this app to use my shared access permissions.
- Click Allow.
- MiiTel Analytics will automatically open.
Users who have permission to use MiiTel Meetings will have a on Zoom integration in User List. If you put the mouse over the
, the Zoom account used for the integration will be displayed.
IMPORTANT
- You can only integrate one MiiTel user for each Zoom account. Therefore, if you integrate into a Zoom account that is already integrated by a different user, the originally integrated MiiTel user will be removed from this integration.
How to disable the integration
Disable the integration from MiiTel Analytics.
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in with the MiiTel user you want to disable Zoom integration.
- Click the user name at the top right of MiiTel Analytics.
- Click Personal Settings.
- Click Disconnect Zoom from MiiTel.
