In the agent list, you can see the status of all users and the duration of their status.
About Each Status
There are six types of status.MiiTel Phone is activated and ready to receive incoming calls Calling or making a call Without MiiTel Phone running In a meeting and not accepting incoming calls You are logged in to MiiTel Callcenter or MiiTel Analytics, but have not activated your MiiTel Phone.
Continuation Time displays the duration of how long the displayed status has lasted.
How to monitor from the agent list.
You can monitor the calls you are answering from your agent list.
- Place the cursor on the row of the user who is in the "Answered" status. Click on the green icon that appears next to the user's name.
- Click the green icon next to the user's name.
- The MiiTel Phone will start and monitoring will begin automatically.
- If you want to end the monitoring, click the End Call button.
