agent list

In the agent list, you can see the status of all users and the duration of their status.

  • A separate contract is required to use this service. Please contact your sales representative or MiiTel Support for more information.
  • Only users who have checked the "Allow Dashboard" checkbox in their service permissions can access the agent list. Access to the agent list is allowed.

About Each Status

There are six types of status.

icon_available.png MiiTel Phone is activated and ready to receive incoming calls

icon_calling.png Calling or making a call

icon_acw.pngicon_offline.png Without MiiTel Phone running

icon_inmeeting.png In a meeting and not accepting incoming calls

icon_online.png You are logged in to MiiTel Callcenter or MiiTel Analytics, but have not activated your MiiTel Phone.

Continuation Time

Continuation Time displays the duration of how long the displayed status has lasted.

How to monitor from the agent list

You can monitor the calls you are answering from your agent list.

  1. Place the cursor on the row of the user who is in the "Answered" status.
  2. Click on the green icon that appears next to the user's name.
  3. Click the green icon next to the user's name.

  1. The MiiTel Phone will start and monitoring will begin automatically.
  2. If you want to end the monitoring, click the End Call button.
