[Notice] About Salesforce Record Information Acquisition Settings

You will be able to choose when to retrieve Salesforce record information that matches an incoming or outgoing phone number in MiiTel into your MiiTel Analytics contacts. This specification change will be effective December 7, 2020 .

The default setting after applying the specification change is to retrieve the Salesforce record information that matches the inbound or outbound phone number in MiiTel after the call ends. Customers who wish to continue to use the current configuration of retrieving Salesforce records once per day should contact their sales representative or Customer Success by December 7, 2020.
