Number of incoming calls : Total number of incoming calls including answered and missed calls
.Maximum waiting time : The time taken by the user to answer the incoming call
.Number of answers : Number of incoming calls answered
.Number of busy calls : Number of calls the user is answering
.Number of Waiting Calls : Number of incoming calls that are in waiting call
.Response rate : Percentage of incoming calls answered by the user (Response rate = incoming calls / answered calls x 100)
