Below is the detail of each item.

Number of incoming calls : Total number of incoming calls including answered and missed calls

Maximum waiting time : The time taken by the user to answer the incoming call

Number of answers : Number of incoming calls answered

Number of busy calls : Number of calls the user is answering

.

Number of Waiting Calls : Number of incoming calls that are in waiting call

.

Response rate : Percentage of incoming calls answered by the user (Response rate = incoming calls / answered calls x 100)

Number of abandoned calls : Number of missed calls that the user did not answer

  • This monitor screen only shows the total number of incoming calls.
