Please refer to the following procedure to execute the configured Predictive Call.
How to execute
- Click the [▶︎ Start execution] button in the lower left corner of the figure below immediately after setting the Predictive Call.
If you want to use a Predictive Call that has already been created, click the Edit button, then click the ▶︎ Start Run button on the screen that appears.
- When you start running, you will see the message "Started. message will be displayed.
To abort a Predictive Call that has started running, click the Cancel button.
To resume, click the [▶︎ Resume] button to start from the list of undelivered messages..
- When the outgoing call to the configured list is completed, the status of the executed predictive call will change to "completed".
- Click the Edit button on the predictive call you just made to verify that the call was completed to all the numbers in the list you set up.
: The called party has answered and made a call to the operator ( to go to the corresponding call history screen)
Not available : The caller did not answer, or the caller answered but the operator could not answer. The caller did not answer, or the caller answered but the operator could not answer
Blank : No call
The history of missed calls for Predictive Call will be displayed as "Predictive Call" in the Answer History list.
