From Storage in MiiTel Analytics, you can download the CSV of the call history list.
This page explains how to download the CSV file from Storage.
IMPORTANT
Only users who have permission to Export call history as CSV in Service Permission Settings can see Storage. Users who do not have permission will not see in MiiTel Analytics.
If the CSV file is already created, click on the right of the file you wish to download. The download will begin.
Click Storage in MiiTel Analytics.
Click [+ Create a file] in the top right corner.
From the screen displayed below, please change the settings.
1Type: Set the display type of the history list to download.
2Period: Set the period of the call history to be included in the CSV file.
3Encoding: Select the character encoding for the CSV file.
4Locale: Set the language of each description for the exported CSV file (Japanese or English).
After the setup is finished, click [+ Create].
After the Processing state changes from Waiting to Completed, click to download the CSV file.
NOTE
To check the latest processing status on Storage, click .
Depending on the period you select, it may take some time for the CSV file to be ready. In this case, you can set up an email notification so that you can receive a notification email when the CSV file is ready to be downloaded.
