On the Storage page, you can download the CSV of the call history list.
For this page, we will be explaining how to download the CSV file from the Storage page.
IMPORTANT
Only users who have permission to Export call history as CSV in Service Permission Settings can see the Storage page. Users who do not have permission will not see in MiiTel Analytics.
2Period: Set the period of the call history to be included in the CSV file.
3Encoding: Select the character encoding for the CSV file.
4Locale: Set the language of each description for the exported CSV file (Japanese or English).
After the setup is finished, click [+ Create].
After the Processing state changes from Waiting to Completed, click to download the CSV file.
NOTE
To check the processing status on the storage page, click on the upper right corner of the screen and refresh the page.
Depending on the period you select, it may take some time for the CSV file to be created. In this case, you can set up an email notification so that you can receive a notification email when the CSV file is ready to be downloaded.
