You can set which phone numbers to block for incoming calls, so users won't be able to receive phone calls from the blocked phone numbers.
You can also set the phone numbers and groups to block from receiving phone calls from the phone numbers in the phone number list (that was set in the incoming call blocking).
IMPORTANT

In order to set the incoming call blocking on MiiTel Admin, you must first make a phone number list, which will include the phone numbers to block incoming calls.
Therefore, please make a phone number list before you set the incoming call blocking.

Add the incoming call blocking
- Log in to MiiTel Admin.
- Click Incoming > Incoming Call Blocking
- Click Add incoming call blocking setting.
- After you set all of the following fields, click Save.
1Name: Enter the title of the incoming call blocking setting.
2Description: Enter the description of the incoming call blocking setting.
3Select a list: Select the phone number list you will block for incoming calls.
4Select a phone number: Set the phone number to block from receiving phone calls from the phone number list, which you've selected in #3.
5Destination group name: Set the group to block from receiving phone calls from the phone number list, which you've selected in #3.
NOTE
- You must select a phone number, group, or both to enable incoming call blocking.
- For phone calls that are made from a blocked phone number to the selected phone number or destination group as set above, the call itself will end automatically with no voice messages.
Edit the incoming call blocking
- Log in to MiiTel Admin.
- Click Incoming > Incoming Call Blocking
- Click [
] for the phone number list you want to edit the settings > click Edit.
- After you set all of the following fields, click Save.
