Preparing and starting an online meeting from MiiTel Analytics (for hosts)
In this section, we will show you how to create a MiiTel Live room (URL) from MiiTel Analytics. MiiTel Analytics allows you to create a room in advance of your online meeting schedule. You can also create a MiiTel Live room during a MiiTel Phone call using
A separate contract is required to use MiiTel Live. Please contact your sales representative or MiiTel Support for more information.
Please make sure that the user who will be creating the MiiTel Live room has the permission to use MIiTel Live. to create a room.

How to Start an Online Meeting Immediately
MiiTel Analytics' [MiiTel Live Room] .
If you don't see the [MiiTel Live Room] button, click the MiiTel Live permissions have not been granted to your account. Please contact your organization's MiiTel administrator for assistance.
Click the "+ Create New Room" button

Enter the name of the room you want to create in [Room name] of [Create new room].
Select Start Now and click the Save button.
You can use the room for up to 3 hours after you create it.
The remaining available time is displayed 30 minutes before the time limit.
The game will be forced to close after 3 hours from the start time.
Click the [Enter] button on the right side of the created room to enter the room as a host.

Connect the USB or other device you wish to use before joining the MiiTel Live online meeting. Currently, any USB or other devices connected after you enter the room will not be displayed. Please reenter the room after connecting.

The participant who enters the room from the [Enter] button becomes the host of the online conference and approves the guest to join. The number of rooms you can use as a host is limited to 50 per month per ID.

There is no limit to the number of participants who can enter the room from the [Enter] button.
Once you have used a room as a host, the "Used" checkbox will appear and you will not be able to change the settings or delete the room.
Set the following.
1 If you want the recording to start when you enter the room, set it to On. If you want to start recording at any time after entering the room, turn it off, enter the room, and click the Record button at the appropriate time.
2 Set the name. The name you set here will be displayed in the voice recognition result and voice evaluation when you record it.

You can also change your name after you enter the room. The new name will appear in your conversation history (beta) in speech recognition, voice ratings and chat.
3 Set the camera, microphone, and speakers.
Please [allow] the use of your microphone and camera.
Please note that some items cannot be changed if you are using a browser other than Google Chrome.
If you are using Google Chrome but cannot switch the camera, please change the setting to turn off the camera and try again.
After setting, click "Start" to enter the room.

Once the online meeting is started, you can invite other participants by copying and sharing the [Invitation URL] URL from [Information Settings].
You can also share the URL of a room by clicking the copy button next to the room ID.
Click "Allow" when a member of the online meeting asks for permission to enter the room.
How to start an online meeting by setting the date and time

Connect any USB or other devices you wish to use before joining a MiiTel Live online meeting. Currently, any USB or other devices that are connected after you join the conference will not be displayed. You will need to reenter the room after connecting.

If you do not see the [Reserve Room] button, it is likely that your account is not authorized to use MiiTel Live. Please contact your organization's MiiTel administrator for assistance.
Click the "+ Create New Room" button

Enter the name of the room you want to create in the [Room name] field of "Create a new room".
Select "Select a date and time" and set the "Start time" and "End time".
After setting, click the "Save" button.
The maximum configurable room usage time is 3 hours.
The remaining available time is displayed 30 minutes before the time limit.
The game will be forced to close 30 minutes after the end time.
You can enter the room from 30 minutes before the start time.

Click the copy button next to the room ID to share it with other members.

When the online meeting starts, click the [Enter] button of the room you want to use.
If you click the [Enter] button, you will join the online meeting as a host.
One other participant must join the meeting by clicking the [Join] button because the host needs the permission to join the meeting.
Once you have used a room as a host by clicking the [Enter] button, you will not be able to change the settings or delete the room.
