For some time now, many of you have been asking for a way to register your MiiTel call history as a "Call" rather than a "ToDo" in order to properly classify and analyze your Salesforce activities. In response to your request, we will change the TaskSubtype to "Call" when the MiiTel response history is registered.
From May 11, 2020, we will switch to "Call".
- MiiTel response history prior to May 11, 2020 will remain unchanged and will be displayed as a ToDo.
- To-Do subtype
- Customers will not be able to change the sub-type of To-Do.
