A user with manager role can delete the call history of MiiTel.
- In MiiTel Analytics, click Call History .
- Select the call history data you wish to delete.
- Click Delete under Operation located in the upper right corner of the waveform graph.
- You must have the rights of manager role in order to delete the data.
- The deleted call history will also be deleted from the Call History List.
- The deleted call history will not be reflected in the dashboard or in the individual aggregate results.
- You can check when and who deleted the history data from the Audit log.
