Delete Call History

A user with manager role can delete the call history of MiiTel.

  1. In MiiTel Analytics, click Call History __________2019-09-30_19.19.59_2.png.
  2. Select the call history data you wish to delete.
  3. Click Delete under Operation located in the upper right corner of the waveform graph.


  • You must have the rights of manager role in order to delete the data.
  • The deleted call history will also be deleted from the Call History List.
  • The deleted call history will not be reflected in the dashboard or in the individual aggregate results.
  • You can check when and who deleted the history data from the Audit log.
