Delete Call History

A user with an administrator role can delete the call history of MiiTel.

  1. In MiiTel Analytics, click Call History headphones-solid__1_.svg.
  2. Select the call history data you wish to delete.
  3. Click Operation > Delete.



  •   You must have the rights of an administrator role in order to delete the data.
  •   The deleted call history will also be deleted from the Call History List.
  •   The deleted call history will not be reflected in the dashboard or in the individual aggregate results.
  •   You can check when and who deleted the history data from the Audit log.
