How to exclude a specific call history from the dashboard aggregation

  1. In MiiTel Analytics, click [Response History] __________2019-09-30_19.19.59_2.png.
  2. Select the response history you want to exclude from the aggregation.

  1. Click the Operation button in the upper right corner of the waveform graph.
  2. Check the "Do not include in dashboard aggregate results" checkbox.
