Errors during external linkage and how to deal with them

Error message during Salesforce integration

INVALID_LOGIN: The username, password, and security token are invalid or the user is Locked.

  • Please check if the Salesforce username used for Salesforce integration is correct.

Please check if your access is IP-restricted; if so, please contact your organization's Salesforce administrator (the source IP address that MiiTel uses to retrieve data is "13. 112.232.133/32" (13.112.232.133-13.112.232.133)).

LOGIN_MUST_USE_SECURITY_TOKEN: The username, password, and security token are invalid or the user is locked. Are you logging in from a new location? If you're accessing Salesforce from outside your trusted network via the desktop client or API, you'll need to add a security token to your password to log in. To get a new security token, log in to Salesforce. From your personal settings, type "Reset my security token" in the Quick Search box and select Reset my security token.

Please check if the column name surrounded by quotation marks (' ) has been changed after Salesforce Activity History Integration. If you're using a Salesforce edition that integrates with MiiTel, please check if your Salesforce edition you are subscribed to can be integrated with the API.

INVALID_OR_NULL_FOR_RESTRICTED_PICKLIST: <item_name>: Restricted picklist item has incorrect value:

The "Picklist" item on the Salesfoce Activity History record is "Restricted" and cannot register a selection value other than the configured one.
If the < item name > is a custom item for "Response Memo" registration, please uncheck the "Restrict Select List to values defined in the Select List (Multiple Choices) option > value set" for this item.

ENTITY_IS_DELETED: Entity has been deleted

This is the error that appears when you register a response note in Salesfoce Activity History that has been deleted from MiiTel Analytics.
