The transcript feature transcribes phone calls recorded with MiiTel. With this feature, you can check the summary which includes the important parts generated from the transcription results.
Also, you can check the conversation details from the transcript or use it to create meeting minutes.
If there are words that are difficult to be transcribed, you can use User dictionary for transcript. With this, the transcription results will become more accurate. (User directory is only available for Japanese words.)

Check the transcription results
You can check the transcription results from the call history.
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
- Click Call History.
- Click Transcript tab.
NOTE
- If you click the Standard tab, you can check the transcription results without fillers, such as "Uh..." or "Hmm" and more. (Currently, transcription results without fillers are only available for Japanese conversations.)
- You can click the arrow (on the left) to close the call histories, so you can see the transcription results easily.
- You can also mask a credit card number displayed in the transcription results. (Currently only available for Japanese customers.)
Check the audio from the transcription results
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
- Click Call History.
- Click the Transcript tab.
- Click the time displayed on top of the speech bubble.
- Click ▶︎.
Check the summary
From the results, statements (speech balloons) containing vocabulary and phrases that are predicted to be important will be extracted as a summary. The importance ratings are determined by scoring the vocabulary and phrases spoken in phone calls within the same company ID.
You can use the summary to create meeting minutes or share the conversation details with other members.
If Minutes (Beta) is enabled, the meeting minutes (created by ChatGPT) will be automatically generated for a phone call that lasts longer than three minutes.
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
- Click Call History.
- Click the Transcript tab.
- Click the Summary tab.
IMPORTANT
- Regarding this feature, the names of the speakers and transcription results (full chat transcript) will be sent to ChatGPT to create the meeting minutes for each category automatically.
- If you experience any errors, click Retry.
- If you want to copy the minutes, click Copy to clipboard.
- Contact us or customer success if you want to disable or enable Minutes (Beta). After we receive your inquiry, we will change the settings within three business days.
