On the third-party integration error log page, you can check the error logs that occurred while integrating MiiTel with other web services.
How to check the error log
- Log in to MiiTel Admin.
- Click Third Party Integration > Error Log
- You will see the below.
- Occurred at: Year, date, and time when the error occurred
- Service name: Name of the service in which the error occurred
- Message: Error message
- Sequence ID: An ID that identifies the call history or meeting in which the error occurred. You can click this ID to go to the history details.
- You can use the following features to search the error log easily.
- Service name: Search for the error by selecting a service name
- Search: Enter a code that is included in Message to find the error log.
