On the third-party integration error log page, you can check the error logs that occurred when you were trying to integrate MiiTel with other web services.
How to check the error log
- Log in to MiiTel Admin.
- Click Third Party Integration > Error Log
- You can use the following features to search the error log easily.
- Service name: Narrow down your search by selecting a service name
- Keyword search box: Enter a word (that is included in Message of the error) here to find the error log
- Ascending/Descending ordering: For the Occurred at and Service name, click on the field name to organize the error logs in ascending or descending order.
