How to check the third-party integration error log

On the third-party integration error log page, you can check the error logs that occurred while integrating MiiTel with other web services.

How to check the error log

  1. Log in to MiiTel Admin.
  2. Click Third Party Integration > Error Log
  3. You will see the below.
  • Occurred at: Year, date, and time when the error occurred
  • Service name: Name of the service in which the error occurred
  • Message: Error message
  • Sequence ID: An ID that identifies the call history or meeting in which the error occurred. You can click this ID to go to the history details.
  1. You can use the following features to search the error log easily.
  • Service name: Search for the error by selecting a service name
  • Search: Enter a code that is included in Message to find the error log.
