The External Connectivity Error Log screen allows you to see the error log that occurred when linking MiiTel with a web service that can be linked.
You can check the error logs of "Salesforce", "Amazon S3" and "kintone".
How to check the error log.
- In MiiTel Analytics [Settings]

- Click External Linkage Error Log.
- Click [All external collaboration error logs] under "Service name".
- Click on the service name that appears.
