How to check the third-party integration error log

On the third-party integration error log page, you can check the error logs that occurred when you were trying to integrate MiiTel with other web services.

How to check the error log

  1. Log in to MiiTel Admin.
  2. Click Third Party Integration > Error Log
  3. You can use the following features to search the error log easily.
  • Service name: Narrow down your search by selecting a service name
  • Keyword search box: Enter a word (that is included in Message of the error) here to find the error log
  • Ascending/Descending ordering: For the Occurred at and Service name, click on the field name to organize the error logs in ascending or descending order.
