The maximum number of caller lists that can be set for the Predictive Call feature has been increased to 50,000. In addition, you can now resume a predictive call that has been cancelled once. For details, please refer to "How to set up Predictive Call" and "How to execute a Predictive Call".

To make the speech analysis result scores easier to understand, we have changed the score calculation formula and definitions. For details, please check "[Notice] Changes to Scoring".   • In Salesforce activity history integration, you can now add "call start time" and "call end time" in the comment field. You can also add "Dial start time" for missed calls and incoming calls.   • If you have configured Salesforce Activity History Integration to create a MiiTel response history "after the call starts MiiTel will display "Outgoing (not available)" and "Incoming (not available)" in the history of missed calls and missed calls.
