Monitoring allows you to listen to calls that other users are answering.
- If you only want to talk to the user during the call, please use Whispering (MiiTel Phone Mobile).
- If you want to join the call with the user, please use Group calls (MiiTel Phone Mobile).

- Permission to use MiiTel Phone
- Permission to use MiiTel Phone Mobile
- Monitoring privileges
How to start monitoring
- Tap Contacts > Internal tab.
- Tap the user (who is on the call) you wish to monitor.
- Tap Start monitoring.
- The monitoring will start.
- Tap Contacts > Internal tab.
- Tap the user (who is on the call) you wish to monitor.
- Tap Start monitoring.
NOTE
- You can also start monitoring by entering the user's extension number after entering 99*.
- The user being monitored and the person talking to the user will not be able to hear the voice of the person monitoring the call.
