How to set up a Predictive Call

Predictive Calling allows you to automatically make outgoing calls to multiple phone numbers at once and connect only the ones that the other party answers to a waiting operator.
For details on how to implement Predictive Call, please refer to "How to Implement Predictive Call".

A separate subscription is required to use this feature. Only users who have been granted predictive call setting permissions by the MiiTel administrator MiiTel administrator can configure this feature.

How to set up a Predictive Call

This predictive call will be made from MiiTel to a set list of destinations, and if the other party answers, the call will be sent to the MiiTel Phone. If more users answer the call, MiiTel Phone needs to put the caller on hold with voice guidance. ="_self">Queuing setting must be made in advance.

  2. Click Queuing Management.
  3. Click the "+Create New Queue" button.
  4. Click the Create New Queue button.
  5. Fill out the form that appears and click Save.

The settings and changes will be reflected at around 3:30 a.m. the next day across the date.

1Group : This is the group to call in queuing. You need to create the group in Group Management in advance.

2Queue Name : Enter the name of the queue to be created.

3Description : Enter a description of the queueing configuration you want to create.

4ACD method : Specify the order in which you want to call operators.

"Simultaneous Ringing"
Call the operators all at once.
The first operator to answer will be connected

"Ring the person with the longest waiting time"
Call the operator with the longest waiting time.

"Ring longest waiting person"
The operator with the longest waiting time is called.

"Ring the person with the least number of calls"
Rings the operator with the least number of calls.

"Ring the person with the fewest calls"
The phone will not ring except for the called operator.

"Ring randomly"
Rings one operator at random.

"Ring Randomly"
The phone will not ring except for the called operator.

"Sequential Ringing"
Rings operator's phone in order.

"Sequential Ring"
Rings operator's phone in order.

5Sound played repeatedly during call waiting: This is the sound that is played until the caller is connected to the operator. You need to complete the registration in advance at Sound Management.

6Call seconds: The number of seconds to call the operator. If the number of seconds is exceeded, the next operator will be called after the specified wait time.

7Waiting Time: Specifies the maximum number of seconds the caller will be kept waiting.

8Calling Interval: If the operator fails to call, the time to wait before calling the operator again.

9Number of calls waiting: Specifies the maximum number of people to wait.

  1. In MiiTel Analytics [Predictive Calls] clipboard-list-solid.svg.
  2. Click [+Add new Predictive Call].

  1. Set each of the following items.

1 Load template : Import settings already registered as template

2 Register as template : Register the settings as a template

3 Phone Number : Set the phone number to use

4 Queue : Set the pre-made queuing

5 Predictive call name : Set the name of the predictive call

6 Number of Simultaneous Calls : Set the number of simultaneous calls (1 ~ 50 can be set)

7 Calling Time (sec) : Set the number of seconds to call the destination (can be set from 10 ~ 360 seconds)

8 Waiting Time (sec) : Set the number of seconds to call the user when the caller answers and is ready to call (can be set from 10 ~ 360 seconds)

9 Calling Interval (seconds): Set the number of seconds between outgoing calls or calls ending and the next call being made (can be set from 1 to 360 seconds)

10 Import Calling List: Click the "Select File" button and set the Calling List created in CSV format

  • Enter the destination from the second line

  1. After the above settings, click the [Save] button.

How to set up using a template

You can load settings that have already been registered as templates and configure them easily. This is useful when you want to change only the list of destinations with the same settings.

  1. MiiTel Analytics for [Predictive Calls] clipboard-list-solid.svg.
  2. Click [+Add new Predictive Call].

  1. Click "Import Template".
  2. Select the template you want to use and click "Import Template".

  1. Click "Select File" in Import Destination List and set the CSV file to use.
  2. Click the "Save" button.
