This page will introduce the click to call feature on Salesforce. From Salesforce, you will be able to make a call by just clicking the phone number displayed.
In order to use this feature, you need to set up a softphone to Salesforce. Please follow the instructions in Install Salesforce Softphone (Lightning Experience) or Install Salesforce Softphone (Salesforce Classic).

- Go to the page in Salesforce that displays the phone numbers for Account, Contacts, Leads, Cases, etc., then click the phone number.
By setting the data type of the field for entering a phone number to Phone, you can make the phone number to a click to call link.
- MiiTel Phone will begin the call.
