- Added the notation of speaking speed as a relative index such as "○○ % faster/slower than the customer" or "○○ % faster/slower than the operator" in the response history screen. .
- We have added a click to call feature to Google Chrome Extension. By enabling this feature, the text in the form of a phone number on the web page you are browsing will be converted into a link for making a call, and you can make a call by simply clicking on the link. For more details, please refer to Using Google Chrome Extensions.
- Added a notification function for incoming calls. After logging in, when the following message is displayed, if you select "Allow", a notification will be displayed for incoming calls. Clicking on the notification will switch to the incoming call screen, and you can start a call without keeping the other party waiting after an incoming call. If you have pressed "Block", please go to Notify me when I receive an incoming call and implement the settings.

- Adjusted the volume of the keypad press sound and the ringing sound when dialing to match other ringing sounds.
- We've released a comment function with enhanced bookmark functionality. In addition to displaying the name and registration time of the registered user, you can now specify the playback range and share it with others. - "MiiTel Help" has been released.
- We've improved the UI of MiiTel Phone. This means you can now see the number of missed calls and call history from your MiiTel Phone. Also, you can now register bookmarks during a call and transfer calls more easily.
- We've released the "Salesforce.com Activity History Registration" feature. This feature automatically registers a link to MiiTel Analytics as a Salesforce activity after a call is initiated.
