IP address restrictions

With this feature, you can limit the source IP addresses that can access MiiTel.

  •   This feature can be used for organizations that are using a fixed global IP address (IPv4). For organizations that do not have a fixed IP address, do not use this feature because every time the IP address changes, you will not be able to access MiiTel.
  •  For MiiTel Phone Mobile, all sources can access MiiTel even if this feature is set up.

MiiTel services with IP address restrictions applied

If the IP address is set in Allowed IP addresses, the restrictions will be applied to the following services.

  • MiiTel Analytics
  • MiiTel Admin
  • MiiTel Call Center
  • MiiTel Phone Desktop
  • MiiTel Phone Chrome Extension
  • MiiTel Phone Web
  • MiiTel Phone for Salesforce
  • MiiTel Phone for HubSpot
  • Incoming Webhook
  • MiiTel RecPod
  • MiiTel Phone Mobile *

* Restrictions apply only when checking the call history. (Tap History > choose the call history > Open call history)

  •   Third party integration services (Salesforce, kintone, Zoom, etc.) are not subject to IP address restrictions.
