Call memo is a tag-like feature that you can add to call history. When you enter a call memo, you can use this memo in the dashboard for aggregation and analysis purposes. This is also convenient as you can even search the past call history. You can also set up to enter call memos in the Salesforce activity history from the Salesforce task integration.
You will need to prepare a call memo in advance. For details on how to create a call memo, please refer to How to create a Call Memo.
Enter call memo on MiiTel Phone
If you do not see the call memo you wish to save in the list, you can create a new call memo by clicking . The call memo that is created from the steps above, will not be added to the call memo list.

Enter call memo from the Call History page
You can view, add, and delete your call memo from the MiiTel Analytics results page.
- Click Call History in MiiTel Analytics.
- Click on the call history you wish to add the call memo.
- Click Add call memo.
- Click Input call memo from Add call memo screen.
- Click on the call memo you want to register from the list displayed.
- Click Register.
If you want to add more than one memo, repeat the above steps.
