There are multiple ways to make phone calls with MiiTel Phone Mobile. Please note that the display format is different for Android and iOS.

Use the keypad to make phone calls
NOTE
- If you tap Call without entering the phone number, you can still continue entering the phone number on the keypad. (for both iOS and Android)
Make phone calls from the history
You can make phone calls from the history.
1Tap History.
2From the history list, tap the contact you want to call.
3Tap Call to make a phone call.
NOTE
- Suppose you want to search for the history by selecting the period. For this case, tap (located on the top right) and select the start and end dates of the period. (First, by default, the period is set for one week from today. Also, after you select the period, the same period will be maintained until you change the dates.)
Make phone calls from your contacts
You can make phone calls to your contacts that are registered in MiiTel Analytics. You can register or edit phone numbers from Contacts in MiiTel Analytics.
1Tap Contacts.
2Tap Contacts tab.
3Tap the contact you want to call.
4Tap Call to make a phone call.
Make phone calls from your phone book
You can make phone calls to your contacts that are registered on your smart phone.
IMPORTANT
- You'll need to change the settings of your smartphone so that MiiTel Phone Mobile can display the contacts. For the setting instructions, please check Display the contacts on your smartphone in MiiTel Phone Mobile.
1Tap Contacts.
2Tap Phone book tab.
3Tap the contact you want to call.
4Tap Call to make a phone call.
IMPORTANT
- In order to see your contacts on the app, you'll need to allow MiiTel Phone Mobile to get access to your contacts on your smartphone. For the setting instructions, please check Display the contacts on your smartphone in MiiTel Phone Mobile.
