You can automatically forward incoming calls of MiiTel to a landline or cellphone. If the call is answered at the forwarded number, the call will be recorded and analyzed.
You cannot set 0120 or 0800 as the destination numbers for forwarding calls.
- Log in to MiiTel Admin.
- Click Incoming > Automatic call forwarding
- Click Add new automatic call forwarding.

- Enter the details in each section, then click Save.

1Name: Enter the title of the automatic call forwarding.
2Destination numbers: Enter the phone number to which the call will be forwarded.
- Enter the phone numbers without hyphens.
- Enter 1 phone number for each row.
- You can register up to 5 phone numbers.
- Log in to MiiTel Admin.
- Click Incoming > Automatic call forwarding
- Click
> Edit.

- Edit the necessary information, then click Save.
- Log in to MiiTel Admin.
- Click Incoming > Automatic call forwarding
- Click
> Delete.

- Click Delete in the confirmation screen.

If the deleted automatic call forwarding is set to an incoming call rule, the action with the corresponding automatic call forwarding will also be deleted.
