You can automatically forward incoming calls of MiiTel to a landline or cellphone. If the call is answered at the forwarded number, the call will be recorded and analyzed.
After you set all of the following fields, click Save.
1Name: Enter the title of the automatic call forwarding.
2Destination numbers: Enter the phone number to which the call will be forwarded.
NOTE
Enter 1 phone number for each row.
You can register up to 5 phone numbers.
Log in to MiiTel Admin.
Click Incoming > Automatic call forwarding
Click [ ] > Edit.
Edit the details, then click Save.
Log in to MiiTel Admin.
Click Incoming > Automatic call forwarding
Click [ ] > Delete.
Click Delete in the confirmation screen.
IMPORTANT
If the deleted automatic call forwarding is set to an incoming call rule, the action with the corresponding automatic call forwarding will also be deleted.

To enable automatic call forwarding for incoming calls, you need to set up the incoming call rule. For more details, please see Incoming rule management.
